Ariki, alongside the neighbouring farm Tūmanako Hope, boasts council approval for hosting three multi-day festivals annually, currently, During these festivals, which can draw crowds of up to 4000 attendees twice a year, Ariki investors can generate income through various avenues such as artisan stalls, food trucks, temporary accommodation and festival venue rentals.

Furthermore, Ariki hosts a smaller-scale tree-planting festival called Re-Generate, helping plant thousands of trees in a fun way. There are plans to diversify offerings, positioning Ariki as an ideal venue for other educational purpose-driven events, thus enhancing revenue streams from the land.
